The Bouvier des Flandres is a very unique breed with special characteristics that must be understood for both parties (dog and owner) to be happy with each other. We sincerely encourage proospective owners to research the breed thoroughly and gain some experience prior to inviting one into one's home. For the right family, a Bouvier is an ideal family member with limitless devotion, rugged good looks, and a sense of stoic character!
